2008 Registration: As of June 8, 2008, tournament pre-registration is CLOSED.

Late registrants must apply at the event site on Saturday June 14 (cash only on day of tournament)                                      

You can submit your registration and player fee either online or through the US mail . Follow our simple 2-step process (registration and payment) below:

1. Submit your completed application form:
   1. Print, complete and mail application -> 2008 Elite Lacrosse Registration Form (you can still pay online, see step #2 below) , or
   2. Complete and submit the online application (click here for online application)

2. Submit your playing fee:
   1. Mail check payable to Elite Lacrosse (mailing  directions are on the printable registration form), or
   2. Pay online via our secure PayPal payment system (click here for online payment)

Note: In order to complete the registration process, players must submit full payment (including late registration fee) for the tournament for which they are registering.
