ELITE team coaches are the backbone of our program; each coach draws on his own college lacrosse experience to help the event's participants better understand what will be expected of them as players at the college level.  More than just coaches on the sideline, our staff strives to provide the complete ELITE experience for each participant - from opening game warm-ups through the final game of the day.

ELITE'S Managing Partners include:

                                                                             
Jef Hewlings: Jef began his involvement in ELITE LACROSSE in 1994 as Director of the Philadelphia ELITE tournament. He oversees the operational components of all ELITE events and his active involvement in the Philadelphia lacrosse community (since 1981)has been a major reason why the Philadelphia ELITE has been continually successful in attracting the interests of both players and college coaches.

Tom Korn: Tom brings a wealth of lacrosse knowledge and expertise to ELITE LACROSSE. Having been highly successful as both a player and a coach at the elite college level, Tom is now a very successful insurance broker. He oversees many of the organization's business and marketing practices.

George Wattles: George is an established Philadelphia area lacrosse coach and nationally recognized men's lacrosse official.  He serves ELITE LACROSSE in the areas of public relations, tournament operations, and new site start-up. In addition to his recognized success as both a coach and official, George founded and operates the Main Line Youth Lacrosse Camp.
